The Moderation Centre is your starting point for keeping SoloScape safe and fair. Here you can learn how the game is policed, how to report players who break the rules, and how to protect yourself from scammers and account thieves. If you have been muted or banned and believe it was a mistake, you can also appeal from here.
There are three kinds of moderator, each shown by a coloured crown next to their name. You can always tell who you are speaking with.
|
Player Moderators (silver crown) — trusted volunteers drawn from the community who patrol the game world. They can mute, kick, and issue short bans, but they have no access to your account, password, or bank. |
|
Forum Moderators (green crown) — volunteers who look after the message boards: locking threads, removing spam, and keeping discussion civil. Their crown only appears on the forums and profiles. |
|
Administrators / Jagex-style staff (gold crown) — the official SoloScape team. They have full powers across the game and forums and are the only people who can change accounts, process appeals, or reverse exploits. |
Want the full breakdown of how moderators are chosen and what each crown can do? Read About SoloScape Staff.
If a player is breaking the rules — scamming, using offensive language, cheating, encouraging others to break the rules, or impersonating staff — let us know. Reports are reviewed by moderators; please give the offender's exact name and as much detail as you can.
The SoloScape rules cover, among other things:
Read the complete, authoritative list on the Rules page before you play or post.
Moderator decisions are not final if a genuine mistake was made. If you believe a mute or ban was unfair, you can submit an appeal and a member of staff will review your account.
