3. No charge, no profit

Access to SoloScape is free. No real-world currency is required to play. Any optional in-game membership / cosmetic codes are sold at cost-recovery only and do not generate profit; they exist solely to offset hosting fees. We do not buy, sell, or trade in real-world money for in-game items, accounts, or services.

4. User-generated content

Posts in our forums, clan chats, profile pages, and in-game chat are submitted by individual users. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the views, language, or accuracy of any user-submitted content. Use the report tools to flag anything that breaks our Rules.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or terminate any feature of the site at any time without notice. Service interruptions, rollbacks, and data loss can happen during the beta phase.

Appeal a ban

If your SoloScape account has been banned and you believe the decision was made in error, you may appeal here. A moderator will review your case and reply by email.

Please be honest, polite, and as specific as possible. Appeals containing abuse or threats will be closed without reply.

Reason for ban:	Pick the category that best matches the ban notice you received.
Contact email:	We will reply to this address. Use the email registered on the banned account if possible.
Your appeal:	Explain what happened, why you believe the ban is mistaken, and anything else a moderator should know. 20 to 4000 characters.

Filing repeated or bad-faith appeals may result in additional action under our rules.
