SoloScape is a non-commercial fan tribute project operated by independent volunteers. This website is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Jagex Limited, the developers and publishers of RuneScape and Old School RuneScape.

2. Trademarks & intellectual property

"RuneScape", "Old School RuneScape", "OSRS", "Jagex", and all related names, characters, logos, monsters, items, locations, music, and sound effects are trademarks and/or copyrighted material of Jagex Limited and/or its affiliates. All rights remain with their respective owners.

Sprites and game-icon assets shown on this site are referenced from the OSRS Wiki under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0) licence.

3. No charge, no profit

Access to SoloScape is free. No real-world currency is required to play. Any optional in-game membership / cosmetic codes are sold at cost-recovery only and do not generate profit; they exist solely to offset hosting fees. We do not buy, sell, or trade in real-world money for in-game items, accounts, or services.

4. User-generated content

Posts in our forums, clan chats, profile pages, and in-game chat are submitted by individual users. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the views, language, or accuracy of any user-submitted content. Use the report tools to flag anything that breaks our Rules.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or terminate any feature of the site at any time without notice. Service interruptions, rollbacks, and data loss can happen during the beta phase.

6. Cease & desist

If you are a representative of Jagex Limited or any other rights holder and have concerns about content hosted here, please contact us via the e-mail address listed on our Disclaimer page. We will respond promptly and act in good faith to address legitimate concerns.

Why this page exists

SoloScape is a non-commercial fan game. We promised "no pay-to-win, no advertising, no harvested data". This page is our public ledger so you can hold us to that.

Bond Point economics

The public store displays prices in Bond Points only. The default earning path is the referral program; direct payments, crypto checkout, and rewarded-ad earning are disabled unless an operator explicitly enables them later.

If we ever take in more than hosting + payment-processing fees, the surplus is donated. We will name the recipient on this page when that happens.

What we never do

Sell items, gold, XP, accounts, or boosts of any kind for real money.
Run advertising, tracking pixels, retargeting tags, or affiliate links.
Sell or share player data with third parties.
Use the game as a funnel to a paid sister product.

What we do collect

Email address (used for verification + password reset only).
Hashed password (Argon2id; we never see the plaintext).
Per-action gameplay logs (kept for anti-cheat and rollback).
IP address on signup and login (kept 30 days for abuse triage).

You can request a copy of everything tied to your account, or have it permanently deleted, by contacting transparency@soloscape.local. Replies within 7 days.

Counsel and IP

The site visually mirrors the 2006-era RuneScape portal layout — drawing on open-source fan reconstructions of that period — under fair-use as a non-commercial fan tribute. Original artwork credit: Jagex Ltd. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jagex Ltd. If Jagex contacts us in good faith, we will respond within 48 hours and act in line with the takedown plan in our disclaimer.
